Prey Pet Food
At Prey we are passionate about sharing with you the benefits of having your pets fed on an appropriate prey diet. A diet that they were designed to eat.
Chicken Frames are soft and meaty bones, making them a great option for all raw feeders, especially dogs transitioning onto bones. These frames provide essential nutrients, roughage, and balance phosphorus levels. Naturally full of collagen, glucosamine, and chondroitin, they support skin, bone, and joint health.
Suitable For:
Choose appropriately sized bones: small enough to chew but not swallow whole. Ideal bones take 5–15 minutes to finish. Too small can pose choking risks and cause oral trauma.
Choose the right bone: Select raw meaty bones with plenty of meat or soft tissue to ensure dogs and cats can rip, tear, and chew for full benefit.
Never cook bones: Cooking makes bones brittle and prone to splintering, posing a serious danger.
Balanced diet: Raw meaty bones are not a complete diet—feed alongside minces, organs, and raw green tripe, incorporating a variety of prey sources for optimal nutrition.
Feed alongside raw green tripe: Feed tripe at ⅓ of the bone weight, adjusting as needed—every dog is unique!
Supervision required: Always monitor your pet while feeding bones to ensure safety.
Our raw chicken frames are 100% New Zealand free-range carcasses from the human food chain, with breast, drumsticks, thighs, and wings removed.
