Prey Pet Food
At Prey we are passionate about sharing with you the benefits of having your pets fed on an appropriate prey diet. A diet that they were designed to eat.
Dense, compact, and long-lasting, Veal Necks are ideal for experienced chewers, best suited to large dogs over 25kg. These bones provide prolonged engagement, helping to clean teeth and gums while offering a nutritious snack. Veal is rich in phosphorus, supporting energy metabolism, movement, and cell membrane health. It is also more digestible than beef and less likely to trigger allergies in cats and dogs.
Suitable For:
Not suitable for seniors.
Choose appropriately sized bones: small enough to chew but not swallow whole. Ideal bones take 5–15 minutes to finish. Too small can pose choking risks and cause oral trauma.
Choose the right bone: Select raw meaty bones with plenty of meat or soft tissue to ensure dogs and cats can rip, tear, and chew for full benefit.
Never cook bones: Cooking makes bones brittle and prone to splintering, posing a serious danger.
Balanced diet: Raw meaty bones are not a complete diet—feed alongside minces, organs, and raw green tripe, incorporating a variety of prey sources for optimal nutrition.
Feed alongside raw green tripe: Feed tripe at ⅓ of the bone weight, adjusting as needed—every dog is unique!
Supervision required: Always monitor your pet while feeding bones to ensure safety.
Our veal is ethically sourced from male bobby calves in the dairy industry, with a focus on humane treatment and animal welfare. Veal from crate-free calves ensures premium quality and sustainability.
